Save an AI voice as a persona

Keep the same AI singer across songs by saving a voice from a song you made in Notes.

A voice persona saves the AI singer from one of your songs so you can reuse that same voice in future songs. It doesn't clone your real voice. It captures the AI vocalist that sang the song. (Want a song in your own voice? See "Use your own voice".)

How to save one

  1. Open a note and generate a song with vocals.
  2. Under the note's saved songs, tap the ⋯ menu on the song (or open the song and tap More in the player).
  3. Tap Save voice as persona.
  4. Give it a name and a short description, and pick a 10 to 30 second stretch with clear singing.
  5. Tap Save Voice Persona. The new voice is selected automatically for your next song.

Which songs can I save a voice from?

Songs you generated from a note, including extended versions of them.

You can't save a persona from songs made from a recording, a hum, or imported audio. Our AI provider doesn't support it for those songs, so the option doesn't appear there.

You can still use a saved persona on any song: pick it from Vocal Style in Advanced before you generate, including when you generate from a recording.

Tips

  • ·Pick a stretch where the singer is clearly audible, not an instrumental intro.
  • ·Instrumental songs have no voice to save.
  • ·Each song's voice can only be saved once.
