Grow a saved song longer, or reimagine it in a new voice or vibe — without starting over.
Once a song is in your library, you're not stuck with it as-is. Extend makes it longer by adding new sections; Remix keeps the same song but re-renders it with a different feel. Both start from a song you've already saved — open it in the player and look for the Extend and Remix buttons.
Extend continues your track, adding roughly another minute each time. Use it to turn a short idea into a full arrangement — add a chorus, a bridge, or an outro.
Steer the continuation. Type a direction in the "How should it continue?" field or tap a quick chip — Add chorus, Add bridge, Build up, Calm outro, Instrumental break. Chips stack, and the AI follows that intent for the next section. Leave it blank to just continue naturally.
Extend from a specific point. By default the new section grows from the end of the track. Flip on "Extend from a specific point" to reveal a slider and choose where the continuation branches from — useful for reworking the tail instead of only appending.
You can chain extends as many times as you like; each one is a fresh step, and your steering choices reset afterward.
Remix keeps the same song and re-renders it with a different treatment. Pick a direction — for example acoustic, female vocal, or darker — and Larka regenerates the track carrying that intent while staying true to the original melody and lyrics.
Remix is the fastest way to A/B a song: try the same track as an acoustic version and a darker version, then favorite whichever you prefer. Each remix is saved as its own song in My Songs, so the original stays untouched.
Both count toward your daily generation budget, the same as a fresh song.
