Deleting your account & your data

You can permanently delete your Larka account and associated data from inside the app, at any time. Deletion is your right — this article walks through how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

1. Open Settings in the app.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted — this can't be undone.

Larka signs you out and erases your account. The request is processed immediately.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, Larka removes:

• ·Your account — your Larka/Firebase sign-in is deleted, so you can no longer log in with it.
• ·Your usage data — your free-trial counter, generation history, and activity logs stored against your account are erased.
• ·Any AI voice you created — references to voice personas you cloned are removed. The provider's voice models are not kept in a reusable store and age out on their side.
• ·Marketing contact — if you joined the waitlist or newsletter, your email is removed from our mailing audiences.

What lives only on your device

Your recordings, generated songs, notes, and cover art are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. Deleting the app (or the songs and recordings inside it) removes those local files. Deleting your account does not need to touch them because they were never uploaded to us as your personal library — audio you send for generation is processed to create your song and isn't retained as a browsable per-user archive.

Good to know

• ·Deletion is permanent — there's no "undo" and no way to recover songs or history afterward, so export anything you want to keep (see Release Kit and Sharing your songs) first.
• ·Any active subscription is managed by Apple, not Larka. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage or cancel that in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device.
